    Moreover I'ts a very helpful information for me as I'm relatively new in cycling and started it simply for losing my rapidly increasing weight. Now I'm eating only healthy foods and trying my best to avoid all kinds of unhealthy, junk and processed foods. I also go for a walk or a run 2 days in a week. Fortunately, I'm already experiencing amazing results and not only my weight has reduced significantly but I feel much more healthy, relaxed and fitter than before. So if you're looking for a best way to lose weight fast , you should do regular workout(cycling, running) and eat healthy foods. Just be consistent and determinant to gain your goal.
